Secretary of Schools in Punjab sends a letter to all DEAs to collect information regarding the previous 9th and 10th results of those teachers which already qualified for Merit-based school Heads (OPS). A further decision about merit-based head Teacher may depend on the 9th and 10th results.
Government of Punjab’s School Education Department details a directive regarding Head Teachers whose previous schools showed below-board results in 9th and 10th classes for 2025.
Subject: Provision of information regarding merit-based Head Teachers whose 9th and 10th-grade results are below board standards.
Requirement: District Education Authorities (DEAs) are directed to furnish details of these Head Teachers, including overall school results if they served as Head Teachers, or subject-wise results if they served as teachers during the period of poor performance.
Format and Deadline: The required information must be submitted in EXCEL format via email by 4:00 PM tomorrow to ddm2.cmmf@gmail.com.
Compliance: All DEAs are instructed to ensure compliance with these directions.

2. It is to inform that the competent authority has directed to furnish the information of those Head Teachers who are currently merit based appointed whose previous schools have shown results below board standards in 9th and 10th classes, 2025. In case the individual is serving as Head Teacher, details of the overall school result shall be provided, whereas if he was serving as a teacher during that period, details of the subject-wise result shall be furnished as per the prescribed format:-

3. You are therefore, directed to ensure the compliance of the above said directions in true letter and spirit and also send the detailed information as per above format in EXCEL format by TOMORROW positively till 04:00 PM through e-mail at ddm2.cmmf@gmail.com
